I made it to Tema, Ghana on Thursday night at about 9pm. We flew from Detroit metro on Wednesday October 28 at 10:30 pm and landed in Amsterdam on Thursday at 7:30 am. Then we flew to Accra and landed at 7:30pm on Thursday. It was slightly longer than I thought it was supposed to be. We had about a 20 minute car ride to Tema where we are staying at the SOS Childrens Village. It was sooo nice to shower after almost two days in a plane and we were able to get a tour this morning (Friday). We have a trip and some more touring planned this weekend and will be going to the classroom on Monday or Tuesday of next week. Yes it is WARM here, but breezy thank the Lord!
